for my 15th b-day we rented a dance hall & my theme was 50's we traced an old record in black construction paper & made a smaller circle of a different color for the center decorated them w/ glitter then we made malt shakes we bought the old fashioned cups & put extending foam inside before it dried we sprinkled confetti & put a plastic cherry inside & we also made sundaes we used smaller cups did almost the samething for the other cup except in this one we put a strawberry then we bought 4 dozens of the glass coca cola bottles tied them w/ curly ribbon & a balloon in the middle we placed a record & a cup we also bought BIG balloon jukeboxes for the entrance & rope lights to go around the sign-in table my arch was a bunch of balloons w/ a cardboard mug on each side it was really, really nice I had a blast so did all my friends they all dressed 50's
