For my 12th Birthday, I decided to have a 50's theme. I invited 5 people. INVITATIONS:I displayed the guests' name on a drive- in" screen. There was a mini paper doll dressed in 50's
attire.Enclosed in the invitation was a black and white polka dotted hair ribbon for each girls' hair. ACTIVITIES: For actvities we went to the local indoor rollar skating rink. We also
played a 50's fashion game: we split into 2 groups (3 and 3)then we chose 1 person in each group to be the "mannikin". We dressed that person up- in 50's attire. We had to do make-
up and hair as well. We had ten minutes. FOOD: We had classic burgers (I had a veggie burger- i'm a vegetarian)To drink we had root beer in glass bottles and we had water of course. In the
morning we had pancakes with fruit inside and orange juice to drink. FAVORS: I bought old records... I made a CD with music from the 50's and music from now. I glued the clear case that held
the CD to the record. My friends loved it! Of course we stayed up late chatting and stuff but we also watched the movie Grease while we gave each other manicures and did each other's hair. It
was the best last birthday party EVER!!!"
