50's theme party.  10 yr old girl  For our daughter's 10th birthday she was really into the GREASE soundtrack and movie. So, we had a Grease Party. First of all the invitations were done on the computer using a 1950's TV announcer type character inviting everyone to Rydell High's sleepover. We asked all of the girls to come in their poodle skirts and pig tails.  When they arrived the noticed that our house had turned into RYDELL HIGH.  We had class lists, class schedules, teachers etc.  When the girls arrived they did a little craft for take home in CRAFTS 101. After that they played some tag team games in the basement for GYM. After that they all came upstairs to Phil's diner where we served them hamburgers, fries (real deep fried) and strawberry shakes. After dinner they all settled into their sleeping bags and watched Grease. As a party token we made up CD's for the girls with all the music that they had listened to at the party. The CD cover was a picture of Sandy and all the Pink Ladies but we inserted all of the girls names that attended the party instead! They all had a great time!
