For my daughter's seventh birthday party, she wanted a 50's dance party. We have invited 15 of her friends (all girls because of the ages.  Thanks to her dance school, we will be using one of the studio rooms. I have hired a dance instructor to teach the girls some dance routines consistent with 50's style. The girls are coming in costume with poodle skirts, etc. For the cake, I am making a round cake, frosting it black like a record, pink label, and the writing on the label is the birthday message.
