50's Party My daughter is turning 6 years in one month and the theme to her party is "Back to the 50's" Imagine these 6 and 7 years old girls coming in poodle skirts or as carhops and the boys wearing white T-shirts with a stick of gum rolled up the sleeve.  and of course "shades" for everyone. Hula hoop contests, 3 legged races, twisting the night away, limbo contest, pin the ponytail. My daughter has long hair and her profile will be cut out of cardboard and a pompom with Velcro will have the boys and girls trying to place the tail where it should be on the head. Good old fashion fun and games and a real "cool" time!  It will be a blast from the past.
