For my 12th birthday i had an amasing 50's sock hop. I invited 10 people(icluding me). DECORATIONS: for decorations me and my mom hung streamers from the seling.The colers where black and hot pink because they are my favorit colores. we made sings and banners that said stuff like nifty 50's,Mell's dinner and Rocken roll is here to stay.ACCTIVITIES: on our invitations we told our gests that 50s attier was requested but not requierd so we could have a best dressed contest. It was pritty exspencive to by a poodel skirt so what the juges where looking for was pokadots, stripes,skirts, dresses, and any thing 50's.we all went roller skating in our 50s attier to make it seam like we where in the 50s evan more.we had a holla hoop contest to see who could hoola hoop the longest. we had a bubble blowing contest to see who could bolw the biggest bubble withought poping it. we pickd 50's names like Flo,Fonz,Sherly...to mke it more fun.MENU:in my kition we made a 50's dinner. my sister dresed up like a soda pop girl and server us.i made a menu on microsft word for all of our meals. under breckfast there was  hot pink pankake  woboly waffel   elvis egg hoola hoop hash brouns lunch/ dinner sock hop hamburger fantastic fries  hot diggity dogs  poodel pizza drinks/diserts cool cake  best bannana splits  poodel skirt shakes poppen poppcon jiven juise  wonderful water perfect pop  LOOT BAGS: fot loot bag every one got a pare of retro sunglases and a skarf to ti aroud your neck, also plenty of candy. this party was surely a blast from the past and one i will never forget. hope you got some good ideas and this helps you!!!!!!
