This is for a Sep/Oct Birthday Party - Apple Orchard Trip This Sep we were invited to a birthday party at a local apple orchard. The children rode the tractor to a site and helped
to fill two bushels of apples. We later had a picnic with apple juice and cider, and apple baked goods that were brought from home.
The cake was a mountain stacked of cinnamon donughts with a candle on top. The kids got a lot of running around and we played hide and go seek in the orchard. Parents and children had a blast. The two bushels were divided into paper bags for each family to take home. Along with a box of a make your own caramel apple, which we made as soon as we got home.
