I had THE COOLEST end of school party ever!!! I invited 7 of my friends to a local REC center (Oak Marr) My parents picked us up from school and we went to our house for a quick snack and to change into our bathing suits.  When we got there we went swimming (we played water games for almost an hour) dove off the diving board, and went on the slide. It was a blast! But it wasn't over yet! We showered and got changed, and went outside to eat a picnic lunch (we brought watermelon, brownies, potato chips, and peanut butter sandwiches) after that we paid for a round of Mini Golf (there is a golf course at Oak Marr Rec, complete with sand, lakes, and waterfalls. it was great!), which was surprisingly cheap.  Then we went home and hung out and talked for about 20 minutes, and then the guests parents came to pick them up. It was a great party. Oh, and i almost forgot. For invitations, I used this great program on my comp where you use special stationery. On the outside it said: School? What school?! and on the inside were the party details. For favors i gave out little blow-up beach balls and surfboard shaped key-chains. And the best part about this party? No work for me! It was a simple, outstandingly fun party, and I didn't have to buy music, decorations, nothing. If you are planning an end of school bash, consider this idea, cuz it was one of the best partys i evr had and my frends and i had a great time! :-)
