Backwards Birthday Party Just a hit, did it at both 8year co-ed party and 11 year old girls only party.  We sent out the "Thank you Note" for the invitation.  When the guests arrived, we said goodbye instead of hello.  We had the kids trace each other and color themselves as if someone was looking at them from the back. We used this as an "ice breaker" until everyone arrived.  After opening the presents, the kids ate cake and ice cream under the large dining room table. Then we ate dinner and drinks.  The kids all wore their clothes backwards in some shape or form. When the kids left, we said hello, glad you could come.  Big blast.  One of our best. Party were held in November, 1999 and October, 1997
