We did the Barn Yard Birthday Bash for our little boy and girl turning three.  The are two weeks apart and best friends. We sent out red barn invitations made on the computer using red paper and told the kids to wear barn yard clothes (overalls, bandanas). We had the party at our church fellowship hall and had plenty of room. We had pony rides and a baby goat, which worked out great since we were splitting the cost.  The cake was a big red barn we made by using two sheet cakes.  We found a great deal on farm animal beanies to give each child.  We had pigs in a blanket (hot dogs), hay stacks (potato sticks), a vegetable garden (veggie tray) and lemonade.  It was a great success and we were not stressed out since we did it together!
