for my son's 3rd birthday we are having a 'bob the builder' party. bob is a children's cartoon on tv on nickelodeon. he is a little construction guy. I got bob the builder napkins, invitations, goodie bags, table covers, and banners. Will use yellow plates and cups and yellow, blue and red balloons (bob the builder partyware colors). My husband is getting caution tape, orange cones, and reflector triangles from work. we have a long, double-wide drive-way and we are going to set the cones out there and put the little tykes riding toys out so the kids can maneuver around the cones. we are also having a dump truck deliver sand and dump it in the driveway during the party and will put all of our little tykes dump truck toys and shovels and pails out so the kids can play in that. will have a cake made with bob the builder's picture on it.  I printed out coloring pages of bob and his talking 'work trucks' and made coloring books for favors.
