Invitations-For my invitations I wrote a story with the information like the place, time, date and rsvp.  Decorations-We went to the book store for the birthday party, so we decorated the house in pink and orange streamers for when the people arrived and when we returned home. Activities-Before we went to the book store, everyone arrived at my house and we made book bags. My mom bought medium bags from our local craft store and glitter and rhinestones..ect. When people arrived we mad the book bags as an activity.  We went to the book store for a scavenger hunt in the childrens/teen department. There were two groups of people with three people in each group. My mom made lots of clues of where to find each book and waited in the middle of the department on the mini stage, and you had to come to her to get your next clue.  For the prize was a little pack of mini sented high-litters for each girl in that group. Party Snacks- after the scavenger hunt we went to Luna Pizza pizzeria in our town for dinner. Then we had cake when we got back to my house.  We had chips and pretzels as are snacks through the day.  Cake-I drew a picture of monkeys that said monkeys dont eat books. Then, my mom brought the design to Prailines Ice-Cream and they made me a cake with that exact design!!!  Favors-for the favors me and mom made book marks that my aunt taught us how to make with pretty beads.  We also gave book lights to atatch to your book and you can read in the dark, and candy. Also, while we were at the book and my mom handed out giftcards to everyone that had five dollars on them to spend on a book.  Then, my mom lets us spend the gift cards on a book to bring home.  Then we went to my house to go swimming at my pool and then I had a sleep over with all the girls!!!!!!!!
