Have a children's' books birthday party. Decorate with the theme, colors, etc of your child's favorite book. On the invitations, request that the children coming buy their favorite book as a gift and to dress up as a character from the book. Let them play a guess the book game before your child opens the book presents.  Buy a copy of your child's favorite book and enough bookmarks for all attending. Have a drawing for the book and give the rest bookmarks.
