My daughter wanted a Bratz Party.  Her original request was for the girls to go to a spa to get made up like Bratz Girls. Considering she's only turning 6, I thought that was a little over the top (cost, etc.). We improvised and set up a spa at our home.  We decorated the kitchen with white, pink and purple towels, we set candles around the room and added some "Spa" smelling sents. Then we put nail polish and make-up on turn tables. We also laid out items to do their hair along with tubs of water to do their nails.  I recruited the other mom's to help.  Each mom gave their daughter a manicure and pedicure and did their make-up. One mom is especially good with hair, so she did all of the girls hair.  While they were waiting for their turn to get their hair done, we set out a door hanger craft (from BirthdayExpress.com - very cute).  After their hair was finished they dressed up.  The Gift Bag was great (from BirthdayExpress.com) - it was shaped like a purse - inside was a ring, an adorable shoe keychain, a fun cel phone that opened to be a brush with lip gloss, some Bratz Stickers, etc.  I also added sampler purfumes to each bag.  The kicker of the party was having someone do caricatures of the girls.  About a month prior to the party I decided to have the caricatures done.  I typed Caricature in the Search Engine and it brought up all kinds of options - then I e-mailed a number of them and took who responded back with the best price. I mailed him a picture of each of the girls and a picture of the Bratz dolls and I have to say it turned out incredible. He made a copy for each of the girls.  What a hit!!  After the girls were all dressed up we had a mini Fashion Show and then took a picture of all of the girls together.  I sent the pictures in the Thank You notes.
