I had a candyland birthday party for my son who is turning 4. We decorated the whole back yard like candyland and made lifesize posters at a printing shop of king kandy, grandma nut, jolly,
globby, mr mint, Jib and Princess Lolly. We hung water balloons to a board and called it Gumdrop forest and the kids threw balls to pop the balloons.
We hung purple balloons from a tree and put pieces of paper in each one that listed the candy they had to find in peppermint forest, lollipop woods etc. and there was candy scattered all over the place for them to find. we had a station where they could make their own candy bracelets and neclaces and I even found a place where you can get edible tattoos. SO we had a station where the kids got a tattoo. The best were the favors. We stood on the playground and threw candy and the kids had candy bags that they decorated with stickers. SO the kids got to go home with plenty of candy and I had books made with all candy land printables and they put a picture of my son on the front of the coloring book eating a lollipop.
