A cartoon party idea my sisters 9th birthday was a cartoon party her favorite cartoon was Scooby Doo.
We rented a hotel and she made Scooby Doo invitations we got streamers that were purple and black they looked scoobydooish then we got a cake with all the scooby characters on it we got Scooby tattoos and put them on then we watched superstar and sleepy hollow my sister invited 6 people we went to the pool later and had pizza in the morning we went to the pool and had breakfast at the hotel we gave out goodie bags there was pencils because her birthday was in march(proficiency time)a lot of Scooby Doo things and lip gloss it was a blast!
