Just wanted to say about the Powerpuff girl party. Don't forget to "pin the bow on blossom"! For my 4 year old daughter's party, along with the other games and things, I drew a large Blossom and colored it and cut out 12 bows and colored them red.  Each child had to pin the bow on Blossom. I also made her a powerpuff girl cake with all three girls out of my Rugrats cake pan.  Everyone had a blast!
