Have a Tweety/ arcade B-day party! For my 10th birthday we went to an arcade.  Later we went to my house for cake presents and more fun! I had a Tweety cake, tweety everything!  In the goody bags, we put a champagne popper in. When my friends sang "Happy Birthday" and the end, they all popped their poppers! Even thought this wasn't cheap,it's agreat way to celebrate someone's 10 b-day!!
