Have a cheerleader themed party. Ask the girls to come dressed to represent their favorite team, wearing a uniform or their colors.  Teach cheers, have a jumping contest, play Simon Says with cheer motions, and learn a cheer dance. Call their refreshments the "concession stand" and have them during "halftime" of the party.  The theme is limitless!
