Cinderlla's Ball-
My Daughter Sophia Isabella, was turning 4 around Christmas time and I wanted to make her birthday very magical. To get that magical feel I chose to turn our garage into a "Cindrella Ballroom". I took white twinkle lights, streamers & ballons(pink, white, blue), and drapped the garage everywhere. I rented childrens tables & chairs and drapped them w/pink paper table cloths. I placed "Cinderella" theme plates, cups, etc. for each little girl in a place setting fit for a queen. There on each plate sat a "Princess Crown" for the child to wear once she arrived to our "Royal Ball". I then purchased a "Royal Gate" off the web and assembled it at the enterance of her "Royal Ball"- Each girl would enter our ballroom through this magical gate where music played and lights twinked. I made a "Royal Clock" that hung from our front door that read; "Welcome! Priness Sophia awaits your arrival in her Royal Ballroom, Please enter through the Royal Gates." As her party started, 12 beautifully dressed little girls arrived in amazement(princess attire requested in each invitation), ranging in ages 3-5 years old. They were lead to a large craft table where colorful jewels, sequines, stickers, & ribbons awaited to be glued onto a Star Ordinments & Jewerly Box (which I spray painted silver prior to her party). I had each child swift through a Royal Box of sand where hidden jewels were found (these beautiful jewels were then put in their new jewerly boxes). I served kid food all the way! Pizza, nachos, fruit, and pink lemonade....for desert- pink cupcakes assembled with one glass sliper on each. We had a castle pinata- Always a hit with little ones. As our "Royal Court" left Sophia's "Royal Birthday", I handed each child a personnalized pink heart-shaped bucket filled with sun glasses, hair bands, bracelets, candy rings, candy and lecklaces. The girls loved their buckets and felt like real princesses!!!!!! F.Y.I. Lets never forget to feed the parents who dress their children, bring your child a gift, and sit through the many parties we all have... In my kitchen (separate from the girls) I served a veggie tray, fruit tray, ceasar salad, pizza, soda, wine, etc. just for us parents. That made them feel like Kings & Queens!!!!!
