For my sister's tenth birthday, my mom did a Cinderella themed party. She rented out a huge room with access to a kitchen in a church.
INVITATIONS: HEAR YE HEAR YE! A BALL IN HONOR OF _______ 10TH BIRTHDAY IS BEING HELD AT _______ AT _______!" We printed it out on parchment paper and rolled it up and tied it together with blue ribbon. DECORATIONS: WE decorated the room with blue tulle and roses. We used little metal carriages and decorated them with ribbon little roses and little fake tealights. We put blue tableclothes with silver confetti on the tables. We announced the girls and walked them down a red carpet placed in the middle of the rooom. DINNER:WE had Chicken Cordon Bleu we bought at Costco texas rolls and caesar salad. While my mom decorated the room the girls cleaned the sanctuary and were yelled at by her "evil stepsisters and stepmother" which really were my friend and I dressed up really ugly and warty.GAMES: We played a royal version if Jiggalo musical chairs and freeze dance to different disney songs. PARTY FAVORS: The guests got a blue beaded bracelet that a friend's mom made just for the party and a Cinderella wallet found at WalMart for $2.00. The girls all came dressed in their favorite princess costume and danced the night away. One of my mom's friend took white mary janes and put fake swarovski crytals all over them to make them glittery and we did a skit where the ugly stepsisters tried to steal the "glass slipper". WE had sooo much fun with that party as well as all the girls and this will be remebered forever!"
