We had a Cinderella themed party for my daughters 5th birthday. When the girls arrived, I gave them a rag and told them they had to clean before they could go to the Ball. While they
were doing that, my husband snuck outside and knocked on the door and left a fancy glass goblet filled with invitations to the ball. I made them on the computer, rolled them up and tied each
one with a ribbon. They were told to follow the silver footprints to find the ballroom. I had made them out of tinfoil and placed them going to and down the stairs to the basement. Unknown to
my daughter, we had made the basement into a ballroom with crepe paper cascading from the ceiling. I found a pin the slipper on Cinderella game and made one up where I sat the girls in a
circle while I read the book Cinderella. Each time I said the word Cinderella the girls had to pass a miniature pumpkin to the girl next to her and the last one holding the pumpkin at the end
won the prize. I made a batter bowl Barbie cake using the Cinderella Barbie doll, and had all Cinderella partyware.
