We threw a Yellow Party for my two year old daughter. She loves to play outside and loves "lellow". For the invitations, I tie dyed yellow shirts for each guest, rolled
them up, tied with a yellow polka dot ribbon and a card that read "Wear this shirt made especially for you; We'll be celebrating S___ turning two!! Bring your bike so you can ride and
play on this special "YELLOW" Day!". The cake was yellow inside and covered in yellow icing polka dots and stripes. We served yellow star cookies, skewers of yellow
fruits (bananas, pineapple, yellow kiwi, mellon) with yellow yogurt dip, lemonade, yellow "original" goldfish, yellow pop ice, lemon poppyseed muffins, corn on the cob, yellow
raisins, yellow apples, chips, and chicken nuggets.
We decorated everything in yellow with yellow sunflowers and the kids all wore their yellow "invitation" shirts. Everyone brought their bikes to ride and played with yellow play dough.
