This year i turned 14, and i wnated to have a themed party. I chose my favourite colours and based the whole party around them. For my party the theme colours where pueple and yellow, but you can use any colours. The party will be split into two groups, the purple team and the yellow team.The teams will be allocated on the invitations and the party goers will be asked to come dressed in their team colour. We will meet at my house but then we will all walk to the shopping centre, where the teams split and are given 5 pounds each. Each team has an hour to find and buy as many things in their team colour, for there money. They have to keep all the recepits to make sure that there was no cheating by overspending. The winning team is the one that buys the most for their 5 pounds. These things where then split and added to to the party bags. We will then do a mall scavenger hunt in the same teams. We will then go home, where we will have a purple and yellow feast. Their will be cheese pizza, yellow and purple jelly, purple and yellow sweets cheeseburgers, cheezles, grape soda and other correctly coloured foods. We will order all the party ware online, we chose a purple table cloth, yellow plates, cups and napkins and purple ribbon to tie the napkins into scrolls. We also chose a purple streamer and a yellow streamer, and yellow and purple balloons. All this came to 30 pounds, the only catch is that you must allow delivery time.  The party bags where also ordered online, yellow cellophane and we used the purple ribbon to tie them. We put in the items bought earlier, some purple and yellow sweets and a purple or yellow small hairbrush. During the evening we gave all the guests a yellow or purple pillowcase and the oppisite coloured fabric paint, we decorated them and let them dry while we watched a movie, we watched Ms. Congeniality and The Lizzie McGuire Movie. We played sardines, truth or dare and many other sleepover games. We had a great time and all the guests are still talking about the party.
