Color birthday In May was my daughter's 3rd birthday. Since she is fond of colors especially the color Pink. I had a color party. I made Invitations in the shape of a box of crayon Box of 15 colors. Inviting kids to have fun with colors on Isabelle's birthday . They were to dress up in the color written on the cards. Used different colored envelopes also. I had the same kind of cake as the invitaions. My daughter wore the color pink (her favourite). I hung different colored balloons and streamers around the hall.As the kids came in they were given sheets of pictures which they had to color. They got prizes for the best coloring. Next had a game where the kids had to go round in a circle. In front of each one of them was a paper plate which I had colored. when the music stopped the child in front of the color called out was out. Losers got colored jellies just so that they would not feel hurt. The next game was passing the parcel. Food was filled up in different colored plastic bowls and plates and the table was decorated with crayons. Even tried to make different colored food. Used a multi colored Piñata filled with colored jellies and candies, whistles etc. Children were given different colored eye masks. And finally to take home children were given small bags made of gelatin(cellophane) paper in the color of the child dress tied with colored ribbon. The colors I could not get I used plain colored paper and covered it with white gelatin paper. The bags were filled with jellies and whistles , candies and  girls were given small colored clips and boys different colored dinky cars. Each child was also given a big colored plastic ball. could not get all the colors so stuck with red for girls and blue for boys. All the kids enjoyed themselves and my daughter loved it so much that she got her self covered with her birthday cake from head to toe.
