Yuck & Goo Party. For my daughter's birthday, we decided to have a party filled with yuck and goo. First we invited her friends and ask them to wear old clothes that they did not mind
getting stained and wet. We also asked them to bring a change of clothes including underwear to wear home. We held five games. 1) Musical Water Buckets -Just like Musical Chairs except each
player must sit down in a 5 gallon bucket of water.
2) Treasure Trough - using a small baby pool, we filled it up with mud and stirred in various coins. After assigning teams each child was required to find a specific coin in the trough before their teammate could take their turn. We allowed them to get into the mud if they thought it would help them find their coin. Many of the kids took us up on the offer 3) Egg Toss - Guest were divided into teams of two. Each team had to throw an egg to each other without breaking. The distance was increased after each successful toss Last team with unbroken egg won. 4) Survivor - each child had to answer a trivia question correctly or receive a whipcream pie in face. After receiving a pie in the face, each child was given the opportunity to make a pie and pie the next child missing an answer. The winner was the last remaining child. Of course they received a "Winner's pie in the Face" 5) Dress for Success - Guest were divided into two teams. Each member of the team had to race down to a barrel full of water and old clothes. They had to find and put on a top and bottom. Then run back so their next teammate could go. After hosing everyone down, the guests changed into their good clothes for cake and ice cream. All the kids said they had a great time and wanted to know what we have planned for my daughter's birthday next year.
