We decided to have a Crayola birthday party for our two year old daughter.  Some of the ideas came from your website, but we did think up a few on our own as well. Here's a break down of our Crayola party. - table decorated with blue plastic table cloth. A variety of solid-coloured paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils.  We curled different coloured ribbon and tossed them on empty spaces on the table to make it even more colorful. Each spot had a name tag...instead of just putting people's names, we made a crayon shaped tag and gave them a colorful name.  Eg. Her uncle Norm became "Neon Norm", Auntie Karen became "Incadescent Karen" and so on. On the back of the nametags were different fun facts from Crayola.com.  We served colorful fruit and veggie trays, hamburgers and hotdogs.   -her cake was a crayon box with crayons sticking out of the top.   Because I'm usually not much of a cook, I thought it would be funny to add "non-toxic" to the cake, like it says on the crayon box. -we used our computer to make iron-on transfers for a birthday t-shirt.  The front had a scanned in crayon box...I edited it to have her name instead of "crayons" and "2" instead of the number of crayons in the box.  I also scanned a bunch of crayons to put all around the bottom of the t-shirt (only the bottom 2") On the back near the tag I put a picture that I colored (kind of scribbly so you could tell crayons were used that came from the crayola.com website - it was a printable birthday card, but I just used the picture part. She wore this t-shirt over a purple longsleeved shirt to give it more color.  She also wore a little denim skirt and multi-colored striped tights (very crayon-ish!)  Surpisingly, she let me put two adorable ponytails in her hair and we tied these with pink ribbon that said "Make a wish". -walls were decorated with pictures she had colored and giant crayons I made from rolling up bristol board and adding a cone to one end.  Instead of the color written on them I wrote "happy" on one, "2nd", "birthday" and "Kiera". and hung these over her drawings. -we gave gift bags to her two little cousins.  Kiera picked out some colorful sunglasses, balls and 'kazoos', crayon stickers and art smocks from the dollar store.  We also made a "Colorful Collection of Songs" CD for them with songs about colors (It's not easy being green; Five Green and Speckled Frogs; I'm a Pink Toothbrush; Flying Purple People Eater; Baa Baa Black Sheep, etc.) and all their other favorites.  We wanted to make sure the family felt important on this day because they are a big part of Kiera's life. For these kids and all of the guests, we made a family coloring book.  We scanned in family photos and changed them using Microsoft Photo Editor - we used the "stamp" style and it changed the photos to black and white, and also made them very 'cartoonish'.  You could still clearly tell who was in the photo.  We made a book out of these and put a coverpage "Thank you for making Kiera's birthday so colorful". They turned out to be great little coloring books - more meaningful than grabbing some at the store.
