My son is turning one in July and we are throwing him a big birthday bash at the local fire company. We could not decide between a circus and curious George theme. So you guessed it its the
curious George goes to the circus theme. I have rented a cotton candy and popcorn machine and we are serving circus style food. Hotdogs right off the roller grill along with beef bbq and
cheese nachos. I have made game booths with circus games and when arriving they will give their ticket to the ticket booth (made out of a refrigerator box) and enter to win the door prizes
that will be announced all night long. I have created the coupons for popcorn and cotton candy and the kids will get these in the their favor bags upon arrival to assure that every kid gets
at least one serving. There will be curious George centerpieces on the tables that I have made. I drew curious George and attached it to poster board to have the balloons attached to his arm.
I am having a circus tent affect around the cake table and then decorated with balloons as well. I am making the cake and its going to be curious George balancing on a ball. The ball is the
cake and then curious George I have cut out and mounted on posterboard and stuck in the cake. If you are familiar with the curious George stories you know which picture this is!!! I then have
created stickers that say thanks for coming to Maurice's party and attached them to bubbles I bought, along with animal crackers and other party favors and these will go to the kids when they
leave. Ohhh yeah and I cannot forget the big birthday banner that I have made with my son drawn on it with curious George this is going to hang over the cake table. I guess you can say I get
really into the parties for my kids all the prizes for the games is also curious George related. Curious George banks, pails, stickers and notepads. I have to really thank all the internet
sites that have all the curious George items. I cannot wait to see that look on my little one when he walks into his party!!!
