Puppy Dog Tea Party When my daughter was 6 she and her friends were wild about stuffed animals so we came up with this party. Upon arrival each guest selects a stuffed puppy from a basket to
adopt for the duration of the party.
(They could also bring their own). Then we played pin the tail on the puppy, Puppy, puppy who's got the bone,(girls sit in circle, "It" hides eyes, someone gets dog biscuit and hides it, It must guess who has the bone. Also puppy toss using over sized terra cotta pots spaced at varying levels of difficulty. Also we made puppies out of stuffed white tube socks, tied at the end and decorated with felt ears, pom pom feet and nose and of course, googly eyes. Refreshments were a tea party for the girls and puppies with tea and muffins for the girls, bone shaped cookies for their "pets". My daughter liked it so much we ended up doing a variation on it the next year.
