Our Daughter is a star struck 8 year old. For her 8th birthday we hosted a Diva party for 12 of her friends. All the girls were invited to come to our home dressed as a Diva. Each girl arrived
decked out in their Diva attire. I had all the girls outside taking pictures when A super stretch Limo pulled up in front of the house I don't know who screamed louder the girls or the moms.
We whisked the girls off to TGI Fridays were the paparazi (My Family) was waiting with several cameras flashing. When the limo arrived Fridays my Brother was waiting with roses to hand to
each girl as they got out of the limo and onto the red carpet. The Fridays crew ate this hole idea up and went along and made the evening more special. I had decorated the tables prior to the
party with favors, menus and a story about our daughter for each girl to read because through the night we had a trivia contest. All the employees at fridays had to vote on the best dressed
diva and at the end of the evening she would be awarded and they would parade around the resturant. I put a Diva doll on a wood stand and wrote best dressed. Each girl also got the
runner up certificate of the best dressed Diva. Our cake was shaped as a lipstick. and for prizes I made silk purses and filled them with lip gloss and handmade necklaces and bracelets. The
limo brought all the girls back to our home so our daughter could open her presents. It is now a year later and everyone is still talking about her party. They want to know how we are topping
this one. The best part of this party was the huge smile on our daughters face. To my husband surprise this party really was affordable. The limo was the price of renting a bouncy and the
resturant charged us the 3.99 kids meal price.
