Miss United States Pageant Party       Now you can have the Miss United States pageant in your house. Our friends and us had this pageant and had lots of fun. First you need at least two judges to vote on who will be miss United States and of course at least 5 states participating. Call ahead of time to ask which state they would like to be. Make banners to wear by getting ribbons and cutting them long enough to go over you. Then write the states name on the ribbon and fasten together. Next, you need to make clothes for everyone to wear. Buy some clothe and sew or safety pin the clothe together. You can also use your own dresses if you don't want to go through all the trouble making them. Get prizes for whoever participates, even the judges. Make a Miss United States banner for the winner and a crown.  To make sure no one feels bad about who the winner is, get crowns for everyone or just give the others something else the winner did not get. For the pageant, have a talent contest, a beginning dance, a bathing suit contest, etc. This all can be very simple. Make sure everyone knows what they're doing. You don't have to decorate the house in any special kind of way unless you want to. Have fun with it and put your own ideas in to make it better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
