My idea is called the Fairy Enchanted Realm birthday party.  It would be completely magical and will light up the hearts of children everywhere.  To bring a magic theme bring in faux flowers,and trees into your home that you can purhchase at your local craftstore(most of the items for the party can be found there!)If you already have real ones that will work too! Each child is to receive a velvet pouch bag with a special gemstone or rock within it and a small typed up recipe for it. Ex: Rose Quartz 1 pinch of moonpotion,three spoonfuls of starbeams,and a sprinkle of wishing dust.  Each child is to have a name plate at the table that can be easily found at the craftstore. Buy ones that look magical such as ones with fairys,stars,moons,rainbows,clouds,glitter etc.  Every child is to have a pair of fairy wings that they will wear during the party(this will also be a gift for them to take home) Put for each child their own special fairy name that they will use for the party. Ex: Whispering Moonstar,Rainbow Lily,Sparkly Sunflower. The drink for the party is called Fairy Wishing Potion. Buy colorful,jumbo size plastic cups! You will need fruit punch of some sort(berry,grape,cranberry)and seltzer water. Mix them both together and place in a colorful punch bowl. Use sliced pinapple(canned or fresh)as a decorative topping on the punch. Their place-settings will be made from green cardboard paper and made into giant leaves(shapes can vary for more fun). Decorate them with glitter,sequins,gems,etc. Have the birthday girl help to make these for her friends! Games included for this party are: Guess how many fairys are in the jar(prize can be a fairy figurine,or fairy book). You just buy small butterflys at the craftstore with a jar. Poke holes on the lid,place some fresh grass from your yard,and place the butterflys inside.Whoever guesses the closest to the number of fairys wins! Pin the wings on the fairy. For this get a poster of a fairy which are very easy to fine. Buy a set of butterfly stickers,or fairy stickers. Use the same directions as it would be for Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Bobbing for Fairy Treasure(apples) The possiblities are endless for the games you can have. Think of all the normal birthday games and get creative with them! Food is the best part of this! You will have Mooncakes,Starbugs,Wishing Dirt Rocks,Enchanted Dreams Cake,and Rainbow Fairy Beans. The centerpiece for your table will be the Rainbow Fairy Beans. Get your favorite jelly beans,and in treasure chest or funky looking bowl place 2 bags of Jelly beans in them. On each side place cool bottles with glitter inside them. Have the kids place their wishes on small pieces of paper drop inside. Mooncakes will be rice krispy treats;you can either bake them or buy the ones at the store. Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a circle or moon on each one,and top off with blue sprinkles/vanilla frosting. Starbugs will be pizza bites! Get a variety of them and tell the kids they are Starbugs from the Fairy's Realm. Wishing Dirt Rocks are mashed up oreo cookies with hershey kisses. Place them all on a fun looking plate,and let the kids get messy! Enchanted Dreams cake is of course the birthday cake! You can do whatever you wish with this;make your own,buy it on the store. But,somehwere on the cake has to be flowers,or a fairy. Make sure to say Enchanted Dreams Cake instead of Birthday Cake. You can always add on to the food list. These are just some ideas to get you started!
