Fear Factor Party for 5 year old daughter....      It was a summer party and we had about 24 kids between 3-8 years old. For the invitations, it was a standard 1/4 fold paper, with front (Ariel's turning "5" fear/factor logo....style. In the middle...and Your invited, with all party info. Back...Are "U" up for the challenge? w/note to bring swimsuit/towel, they will get wet! We enclosed a plastic fishing worm in the middle of the invitation as a surprise! I decorated with black/yellow, streamers/balloons with alternating yellow/black tablecloths with giant Logo signs/and smaller ones attatched to tablecloths-had toy $$$store helicopters w/Fear Factor logos glued on them as table decor. We greeted them with "Decorate their "Fear Factor" Helmet (had logo glued on them($$ Store batting helmets and Name tags/Asst.stickers). My daughter and I were wearing Fear Factor T-shirts (Ebay-cheap) also.  All of my printing was done at Staples, not cheap, my scanner broke, logo off Fear Factor.com website. Once everyone arrived we moved on to the F/F (Fear Factor) championship.  We had four stunts....marked w/ F/F flags/poles/numbers-bamboosticks/cardboard/yellow tablecloth cut in traingles. Each stunt earned them a star sticker with Stunt # for their helmet: #1-Swim with Sharks(Large blowup pool, with play slide going into it....fishnets/sealife.....squeaky sharks/lobsters/crabs,starfish...They had to pick a starfish out...#1/#2 or smiley face..That # determined what they had to eat in #2 Stunt (Mystery Tent) Play tent with table chair/ and F/F logos..Covered Plates with Black cloths-#1 (Gummy Worms.Local Grocer..#1 and #2 Gumball Bloody Eyeballs-Oriental Trading...(We had a small container of fishing worms to show them/trick them. Stunt #3 (Tunnell of Guts)...Play tunell (hot glued F/F logo and bugs/cockroaches/spiders on the outside) Website...House of Chuckles (great/cheap)...inside there was foodcolored spaghetti with toy eyeballs/bugs, that led to a blowup castle my kids had, they had to go rip a flag off in the castle (cardboard/tablecloth), and come back through. Stunt #4 (Rat Race)-Sack race involved putting the squeaky rat in their mouth, while in a potato sack, we had (Oriental Trading) to a bucket, and come back til all 6 in the bucket. Some kids were too small,so they had to have their hands behind their back. Each stunt had a toy stopwatch/whistle, but weren't really timed. Once the stunts were completed, they were honored at a photo booth and congratulated with a Winner medal/playmoney(refridgerator box painted black with stars/dollar signs with bugs/spiders and F/F logo) and given a picture in their helmet, took instant photos (a little pricey, cheap film off Ebay), helmet/photo collected, and put in Favor Bag for later.(black w/Label-their name (Thank you for coming to my 5th Birthday Party....Evidently, Fear is not a factor for you. Love, Ariel...with a Spider hanging/FF Logo. They played til lunchtime-premade hotdogs/buns/boxed pizza/bagged chips  (small for lunches/Sams Club)and Teeni's drink. We had lots of food in the house with another refridgerator box, painted black, used as a wall with the f/f logo's again behind the tables.  We have lots of things to playwith in our yard/occupied them. We opened presents/did birthday cake at the same time, local bakery shortly after, lot of kids, had to keep it going. For dessert, along with the cake, I made dirt cups (chocolate pudding/crushed choc. cookies/gummy wormstuck in). They collected their favor bags (decorated helmet/whoopi cushion/gooey eyeball/champion stickers/swim goggles) before they left, and were all Fear Factor champions. I had (Movie Director Clapboard keychains (Oriental Trading) with F/F logo and same "Thank you" glued on from the kids favor bags/labels for the Adults, and also had small $$ items for kids under 2.  The kids had a blast, but I had to use a microphone off a kareoke machine to get the kids in line for the stunts and neighbors and relatives helped run it.  Very talked about party. I had a beach party for my daughter also when she was 3, will have to send in that too.  They are a lot of work, but worth it to see my daughter smile.
