MEXICAN FIESTA On my daughters birthday this year, we had a Mexican fiesta.  For the kids we set up a piñata with lots of candy and handed out goodie bags. For another game, each time a person said the word "Birthday" they had to wear a sombrero until someone else said the word. For dinner we made beef enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, beef & been dip, tacos, nacho dip with chips, homemade salsa, and we set all of this out with diced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, diced onion and black olives on a table covered by a Table cloth bought in Mexico by some ancestors.  The guests loved this and asked us to think of ideas for their children.
