For my son's 1st Birthday, we selected the theme of "Nemo". We took a picture of him wearing a "Nemo" t-shirt, holding a Stuffed Nemo. I then scanned the picture, and created CD covers (which ultimately led to CD invitations), which said, "I'm having a birthday party! Time for a one of a kind Nemo Adventure". On the inside, I made a CD label with all of the party information. We bought all of the children Nemo t-shirts to wear. I also made t-shirts with my son's picture on it, for my husband and myself. We made jello cups with gummy fishes inside. I purchased a fish tank, and taped Nemo wrapping paper behind the glass(on the back side)filled it with blue kool-aid. For appetizers we had tuna fish sandwiches and fish crackers. For dinner, we made shrimp and chicken, along with a green salad, rice and dinner rolls.  We borrowed a HUGE Nemo poster from our local Blockbusters and hung it up on the back wall. We took pictures of all the kids in front of the poster. We also had a nemo coloring contest. We gave away bubbles with his Nemo picture in front. The party was a complete success!
