Hello I am 13 years old and ever since I was 9 I always wanted ice cream cake!! It is always the same thing to buy one in the store( same thing in it mostly and pretty much always expensive!! Like for a 9" round cake it is like 15 dollars!!) Well When I was turning nine I also wanted to make my own cake, I mean I was getting older and I thought I was capable of making a cake!!  Well I always liked the ice-cream idea because I never really was into sweet cake so I took Oreo and gram cracker pie crusts and filled them with ice cream,  I put cookies or wipped cream on the top! Who knows add sprinkles or almost any topping to the top!! The good thing is that this is easy, no stove involved, and is delicious!! You can also mix and match ice creams!! I had grasshopper pie ice cream which is like mint Oreo with fudge chunks in it, an Oreo pie crust and I had Oreo on the top!! mmmm..mmm!! Enjoy
