Here is an idea that I have used, but have not seen elsewhere...if you have an unusual request for a party theme that can't be found (such as my daughter's 3rd birthday request for a "Tonka/meow-meow" party), just cut out pictures matching the theme (in our case, tractors and cats from a greeting card software), then use clear contact paper to attach to cups and plates. Worked great!
