Using a shared supply of icing, jimmies, candies, and other ingredients, each kid decorates his/her own cupcake or mini cake. Certificates can optionally be rewarded for craziest, most creative, etc. At the end, kids have the ultimate party favor to take home--something delicious that they can proudly show their parents--and parents have a party with minimal cost and clutter.
