Frog Party for my 5 year old son. The party was held in my own back yard.
Invitations were made on the computer with pictures of frogs all over the paper and it read "Hop on over to Charles Richard's lily pad for a hopping birthday party." I rented a Moon Walk for the children to jump in and I had our trampoline for them to jump in too. We played leap frog. The highlight of the party were live frogs in a stock tank that I had captured that morning. The children could look at the frogs but couldn't reach down in the tank and touch them. I had around 30 frogs for them to look at. I made a frog cake out of a batter bowl body and Twinkies for the legs. I also used green and blue Fruity Pebbles on top of the green icing to make the frog look more real. A fruit roll-up was the tongue and Oreos for eyes with mints for the white of the eye. The cupcakes the children ate used the green icing and fruit roll-up tongue and fruity pebbles too. The favors were frog key-chain coin purses that had the mouth unzipped and filled with candy. We also served green snowcones. It was a lot of fun.
