One person calls out the instructions such as "right hand, red balloon". All players must put their right hand on a red balloon. There is no limit to the number of players touching the same balloon. Continue with calling out instructions, eliminating players who fall down or pop a balloon. This game is a lot of fun & will most likely end up with a balloon popping free for all so it is not recommended for youngsters.
