My kids just turned three and this year's invitation was a puzzle. I bought blank puzzles at a craft store and wrote out all the information with colorful markers. Then I broke each puzzle into pieces and put them into a small zip-lock bag. The zip-lock bags fit right into the envelope for easy mailing.  Be sure to use the ziplock bags, because the pieces will fall out of an envelope that isn't sealed properly.
