Let the kids all draw for a number from a decorated hat.  Then they get the present that the number they drew corresponds to.  Just give any present all of the same price and value.  Then they have the option to keep their present or take one from someone else, then that person can pick someones present and so on down the line.  This is an entertaining game and will get lots of laughter and fun.
