Hello Kitty Party- My 6 year old loves Hello Kitty. As the girls entered the house I placed kitty ears on their head. The ears were made of cheap headbands bought at Walgreen's covered in white felt and of coarse topped of with a red ribbon in her hair. I had them color hello kitty pictures in coloring books while they took turns having their faces painted with yellow noses and whiskers.  They then posed for pictures and made frames for the pictures. I bought the frame making kit at a craft store. We then had a hello kitty piñata and topped the day off with hello kitty cupcakes.  They were frosted white with sugar cookie ears. The eyes were black gum drops the nose was a yellow gum drop. The whiskers were black licorice laces and red licorice laces were used to make the red bow in Hello Kitty's hair. For fun we served milk in saucers and the girls licked it up like a real kitty and loved it! (that was the highlight of the party)The gift bags were filled with Hello Kitty stationary, stickers and pencils. As they each girl left the party each girl was handed a Hello Kitty Mylar balloon of their own.
