HELLO KITTY For my daughters 5th birthday we had a Hello Kitty Party.
The party supllies were found at a local party store and also online. The children were made into little kittens when they arrived, with face makeup we gave them a kitten nose and wiskers. You can make kitty ears with inexpensive headbands, construction paper and glue, and tails are as simple and strips of felt and a safety pin. This could be done ahead of time or during the party as a craft for the kids. We transformed a simple kitty pinata into Hello Kitty with a big pink bow on her head. We also played pin the bow on Hello Kitty, we just drew her on a poster board and cut out lots of bows from construction paper. (the prize of course was a lovely Hair Bow for the little girl who won) Hello Kitty is a pretty simple design, a friend drew her on a pink birthday cake with cute candy flowers all around. It was just a lovely party, and all the children had a great time, especially the Birthday Girl! Try this party out on your little girl, Hello Kitty is pretty popular these days even with children alittle older.
