Movie Star for a Day!  Invitations printed on red postcard size paper and in silver ink.  "You are invited to the event of the year!  Join us for a fabulous runway show featuring all the latest fashions!  Arrive in style at the home of our raising star \*Child's name\*, address, where all the latest trends are on hand! Dresses, makeup, feathers and jewels!  We have it all! Reservations \*phone #\* This is a secret affair, please no paparazzi!"  Invitations are placed inside a small dressup purse that you can buy anywhere in the toy section. At the party house, guests are greeted with a red runway...which can be rented and a "photographer" who asks for a pose and takes a picture. Inside there are different areas set up.  A dress up area....either a box of clothes or a rack with boas, dresses hanging on it. Girls are told to go and get dressed.  Then its on to makeup, where they get all done up at a table full of blush, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc. After makeup, you need jewelry and girls go off to a table where they make there own bracelets and necklaces from multicolored beads. After the girls are finished it is time for the show!  The birthday star leads the way as the girls pose and walk the catwalk to music.  Pictures are being taken.  Then it is time to eat! Various foods are served, and a cake made like giant lips. Colors should be red, black, silver, pink. Favors can be in small makeup bags or carriers, full of candies, kiddy makeup kits, etc.  thank you notes can be mailed along with the picture shot from the runway.
