Hey this is gonna be a blast!!!!!!! It is for girls 12-13 yrs and it is a Movie star party!! The girls arrive.. ( may i just remind you that Jordan is my 8 year old brother!)Jordan is the director and welcomes everyone. They all sit down and Jordan gives everyone a personalized letter explaining that they have been picked to audition for a 5 star film coming out soon. If they get the parts after the auditions then they will need to be made up for the filming... dont worry if you dont get the part (that kinda thing) etc. Girls go into a room and read out a scene from a film in groups (the auditions dont actually determine any parts - they are just for fun!). Afterwards Jordan comes in and tells them that they have all got the parts and need to be made up for the filming. There are 3 stations: Hair - with magasines to read, makeup - with tv to watch, and nails with cds to listen to. when ready , we go outside and everyone gets a script i made up and we get filmed acting it out. then we make bloopers. then we go up to my room and chat about what weve done. I randomly suggest going shopping in Jordans or Sarratt ( by the way they are shopping places in England and my surname is Sarratt and my bro's name is Jordan.. get it?)!). I say I'll treat them as they are movie stars. I go and pretend to ask mum and she says yes. I give everyone a shopping bag with a little pretend bank account card in. There are 5 rooms set up like shops: Hayels diner, Super Sazzatt's sweet shop, Hayley's jewels and Sarratt supplies, and the bank where they get their money. We go to the bank first and Jordan is there with his bank notes, we give in our bank cards and Jordan gives over the money and tells them to have a nice day in the Jordan shopping centre. Then we go to Hayels diner- Everyone sits down, looks at the menu and orders pizza and a drink (to Jordan) and he tells us to come up to the counter and collect our food and drink. When we've finished lunch, its time to shop. Girls get any more necessary money from their banks and we head off to the shops. Girls browse around and buy things (with Jordan as the cashier!). Here are some examples of what the shops will have: Hayley's jewels: everyone chooses a chain for a bracelet, and then girls look around for charms (there will be lots of little charms to clip on to make your very own charm bracelets). Girls pay 80p or something for each charm. Super Sazzatt's sweets: lots of little boxes of sweets with tongs inside will be set out. Girls take a bag and start filling up (the bags!) using the tongs. Jordan weighs out the sweets on the scales, and there is a little chart showing him how much each certain weight costs, and asks for the money, as he does in all the other shops. Sarratt supplies: Lots of makeup, hair stuff and general accessories are laid out with little price tags on. Girls can choose whatever they want and buy it. (All the items bought in the shops will end up as the girls party bags) After shopping, everyone goes upstairs and just chats. Soon later, Jordan comes up and says it's nearly time for the Oscars. Everyone stops what their doing and picks a colour out of a hat. There are 2 of each colour and the two people with the same colours, are partners. The girls have to take it in turns to make up their partners like a chosen actress. This includes hair, makeup and clothes. When everyone has done their partners and let their partners do them, we go down on the red carpet down the stairs, to the Oscars. We have dinner; afterwards we watch our film that we made. Then everyone has a written vote for the best look-alike, the best look-alik-er (as in the person that did the best look-alike!), best smile, most confident etc. Then I read aloud the winners (and add in a few if someone didn't get any votes) Then we go to my bedroom and hang out like movie stars and have a sleepover. In the morning, we lie in for ages and then have crispy creme donuts or pancakes. Then everyone waits for their parents to pick them up.
