We just had my 3 year-old daughter a jungle theme party. She loves animals, especially elephants so we decided to do a Jungle theme party. I got an inflatable palm tree, monkey and elephant
ring toss game from Oriental Trading. These all set the mood for the party. I used orange, yellow and lime green for the party colors. I got balloons in those colors as well as napkins and
cake plates. I got a jungle tablecloth from Oriental Trading as well. For food, I cut cheese with small animal cookie cutters (Wilton Noah's Ark miniature cookie cutters.), we also had animal
crackers, chicken strips, chips and dip and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches cut with a large elephant cookie cutter. I used Zoo Pal plates for the food plates, everyone loved that, even
the adults! Everyone was comparing what animals they got. For the activities I got the color-your-own animal masks (Oriental Trading) and the kids picked out an animal and colored it, then
they had a blast wearing them aroung for the rest of the party. I also got a Tiger pinata from Oriental Trading. For the cake we used the Wilton yearbook and 3-D ducky pan to make a 3-D
elephant cake. We played Elephant ring toss(OT), pin the monkey on the palm tree (OT), jungle charades (Family fun website) & grab the lion by the tail (Family fun website). My Dad also
made the giraffe table on the Family Fun website, that's what we put the favors in. I got the Animal Assortment from Oriental Trading for the favors. It's a great way to go for favors, you
pay one price and you get all the stuff you need for favors except favor bags. I just bought plain lime green favor bags. The party was a big hit! All the kids, even the adult ones, had a
great time!
