This idea is very basic, and not a hassle for your parents.  It's also very inexpensive! Send out invitations of your choice. On the inside write all the information. First decorate the rooms you want to use with decorations of your choice. (TIP:Colored streamers and balloons are better then one color with white.)You can call around and look for a makeup artist to come to your house and do your friends and your makeup. She will probably teach you how to put it on properly and how to take care of your skin since all girls up want to wear makeup. For food just have traditional pizza, chips, cheezies, cookies, soft drinks and who could forget..... CAKE! After you have your makeovers done play games like charades, penny drop, balloon burst, statues and anythings else you want or you could have a beauty contest and model down the hall(as a runway) and have your parents judge. If you are planning to have a sleepover pop some cool movies into the VCR or DVD player(make sure they are appropriate for the age group), pop some popcorn, get into your pjs and watch. When the movies are done play truth or dare or something quiet so you don't wake your parents up. For breakfast have anything like cereal, toast, pancakes, eggos or eggs and bacon or if your prefer go to a restaurant. For party favors give things like eyeshadow, blush, lip stick, nail polish, nail files and anything else you can think of. You can put them into cheap cosmetic bags you can get at the dollar store. I had this party and my friends still talk about it! I hope you have fun!
