This is an idea for a beauty pageant party. Everyone must come in a "pretty" dress. The craft of the party is to make a sash. you will need sashes for everyone, that say in fancy capital letters, MISS(NAME) on them, and "jewels" boas, glitter, and other decorative items. They will decorate them, and slip them on over their dresses. There will be a red carpet rolled out on the floor, and chairs on the side for everyone. they will walk down the isle, and back, then to their chair. There will be ballots with different categories on them, one per person. everyone will vote for each one only once, and may not vote for themselves. If the winner has already won in a category, the second runner upwins. prizes are plastic jeweled tiaras, and silk or real roses. Cake is set up just like the room, and to drink, have different sodas in plastic champagne glasses. In the goodie bag, put a necklace, lipstick, blush/eyeshadow, jelly beans, and chocolate roses.
