The Ultimate 13th Makeover/Birthday Party!!(for girls!) This is what I think would be the best party. First, send out creative invitations to all the guests.  Tell them to bring any of their makeup if they want. Decorate a room w/ any decorations you want. Have a lot of makeup set out like eyeshadow, lipstick, mascara, blush, glitter, etc.Have fashion magazines set out on tables, and chairs along the tables.  Cover the chairs w/ towels. Have different stations. One for makeup, hair, and nails. Play music that the birthday girl chooses. Make sure you take before and after pictures. Have the girls sit down on the chairs, and let them look at fashion magazines to see how they want to look or just have fun and go crazy. Take turns doing each other, or have adults do each of them. After, sing karaoke, have a dance contest, or watch a movie. For goodie bags, give makeup, lotion, a and other accessories
